At Mahatribes, we are dedicated to ensuring that your handcrafted products are delivered to you in a timely and safe manner.

Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the order. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping Days:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any delays via email.
Delivery Times:
- Domestic deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days.
- International deliveries may take 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

We aim to provide affordable shipping rates to our customers.

Domestic Shipping:
- Free shipping for orders above ₹1000 within India.
- For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.
International Shipping:
- Shipping rates for international orders will vary based on the destination and will be calculated during the checkout process.
- International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking Link:
- You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Contact Us:
- If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team.

Delayed Deliveries:
- If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected time frame, please contact us for further assistance.
Lost or Damaged Products:
- If your product is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Currently, Mahatribes ships to locations across India and internationally. However, some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
